On the Day
There will be a short race briefing at 8:50am before the race starts at 9am.

On the course, drink stations are placed at about 2.6km, 5.7km, at the finish and for the Half Marathon runners just before the turn around point at 10.5km.  Other than the first drink station where only water will be available, sports drink and water will be offered at the others, with fruit available after your have crossed the finish line.

Your race time certificate will be available soon after you finish and you will be able to download it from our website the following day.

At the completion of the race, runners are treated to our famous free sausage sizzle.  Coffee and cold drinks will be available for purchase.

Don’t forget to place your race bib in the barrel near the finish line to enter the lucky prize draw.  These will be drawn following our official race presentations at 11:30am.

Finishers Medals & Memento – all runners will receive a unique special memento when you pick up your bib and an awesome medal when finishing our event.

Cutoff times – Whether you’re running in the 10km or Half Marathon, you’ve got 2hrs 20mins to complete the course.  This gives our volunteer marshalls time to pack-up and return to the Rugby Club for the presentation at 11:30am.  We will endeavor to leave the timing in place until all runners complete the course.

Parking – there is ample parking at the Bathurst Rugby Club and on the northern side of Hereford Street.  Marshals will direct cars parking at the Rugby Club.  The location is also a short walk from Bicentennial Park.
